By accessing and using the services provided by Gracehills Events ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Business Description: We provide luxury event design, floral arrangements, balloon decorations, and party rental services for weddings, corporate events, social celebrations, and private parties in Calgary, Red Deer, Edmonton, Alberta and surrounding areas.

Service Terms

Event Design and Planning Services

Our luxury event design services include custom event planning, floral design, balloon artistry, and rental coordination. All services are provided according to the terms specified in your individual service agreement.

Booking and Payments

All service bookings require a deposit to secure your event date. Payment schedules and final payment terms are specified in your individual service contract. We accept various payment methods as outlined during the booking process.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling must be made in accordance with the terms specified in your service agreement. Cancellation fees and rescheduling policies may apply depending on the timing and nature of your event. Wedding and large event cancellations have specific terms outlined in individual contracts.

Service Delivery and Setup

We will provide event design, floral arrangements, and setup services as agreed upon in your service contract. Setup times, delivery schedules, and venue coordination details will be confirmed prior to your event date.

Rental Services

Rental Terms

Our rental boutique offers table linens, chair covers, centerpieces, vases, backdrops, arches, pillars, and other event décor items. Rental terms, pickup/delivery schedules, and damage policies are specified in individual rental agreements.

Damage and Loss Policy

Clients are responsible for any damage to or loss of rental items during the rental period. Replacement costs and damage fees will be charged according to our current price list and rental agreement terms.

Photography and Portfolio Usage

As a luxury event design company, we may photograph events for quality documentation and portfolio development. By using our services, you understand that:

• Event photography may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes with your consent
• You can opt-out of marketing photography while still receiving full services
• Professional event photos may be shared on our website and social media with permission
• We respect your privacy and will honor any specific photography restrictions

Privacy and Data Protection

Vendor Coordination

As part of our comprehensive event services, we coordinate with various vendors, venues, and service providers. We maintain professional relationships with trusted partners but are not responsible for the performance of third-party vendors not directly contracted by Gracehills Events.

Weather and Force Majeure

For outdoor events or events affected by weather conditions, we will work with clients to develop contingency plans. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gracehills Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Intellectual Property

All event designs, floral arrangements, concepts, and materials created by Gracehills Events remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
